And you can tell us all your custom needs about the case includes:shape,size,color,surface,interior foam inserts,material, foam, zipper, strap,logo,pocket etc.
Molds & Samples Making
Once the design made, we’ll develop your custom molds and make some sample cases by them. During this, our engineer will ensure the precision and do some tests to make sure they are perfect for the next process.
Mass Production
After you confirm the sample and give us an order,we will start a bulk production. We have a complete streamlined manufacturing process includes:laminating,cutting,thermoforming,stitching and trimming.
120% Inspection & Packaging
Every your custom case will go through a strict inspection by our experienced workers to ensure 100% quality control. And we always pay 20% more resources than others on this thing. Cuz we know,the high quality will be the first reason for you to give us more bulk orders.
Delivery On Time
Once the goods are ready to go, we’ll start the delivery. You can choose your old delivery ways or let us to handle it, by air,sea,or express even trains, we will calculate the best delivery for you and make it on time.
